Exceptional 😀 - Spacious suites, we rented 2 for a large party of 8. The suites include small kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove & dishwasher as well as basic cooking and eating utensils. 2 full baths including 1 large jacuzzi tub. King sized bed plus 1 pull out sofa. I only wish they had the option of 2 queen beds as this would have made more comfortable for our parties but over all the rooms were very nice, clean and modern. Very close to major Las Vegas attractions and also connects to MGM grand hotel thru an inside covered walkway that lead straight to larger MGM hotel/casino. 😞 - None

The suite was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, and was very close to all the action on the Vegas strip. We rented a car and there was complimentary valet parking which was really convenient. Amalz is very responsive and answered all our questions right away. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Vegas!

It was me of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in! The view of Top Golf from the deck was fantastic . I enjoyed the large jetted bathtub it was big enough to fit 4 people! It took about 5 minutes to walk to the main casino floor at MGM. Very classy resort would recommend to friends.

MGM Signature Suites is first class all the way. Far enough from MGM to be restful with excellent service including bell and valet service, even in peak time 3 separate pools for signature guest plus access to all MGM pools. Room has lots of amenities including kitchen sunken jacuzzi tub and two bathrooms and TVs. Also a very large balcony. View is of the mountains and Top Golf driving range right next door. Would definitely stay there again

Superb value for money especially if attending to expo, would definitely stay again for that purpose and others as well! Simple check-in, nearby 7-11 for some basic grocery shopping and short Uber ride anywhere. Walking distance to Expo center, which was amazing on expo days. In some places the apartment could use a little polishing but all in all the value for money is amazing. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful room part of the mgm. The only thing we wished was different was how long you have to walk to get to the mgm casino from the tower 3 in the signature. Great condo SUPER close to Las Vegas Convention Center. Gated parking space for a car in the garage underneath lets you have something for far trips but can still walk to LVCC. Def older units, but they are clean and the beds were good. I doubt you'll find many options with 3 bedrooms anywhere near this price or location. Check in was a breeze, met us in the lobby and walked us up to the condo for a quick tour. Would stay here again!

We visit Las Vegas each year to visit family for a week and wanted to try something different and off the strip (less traffic, no casinos, no hike through the hotel to get to car/parking lot, larger/quiet space for our family of 4, use of kitchen, dryer/washer, etc.)Being that this was our first experience using Airbnb, we were a bit nervous and unsure what to expect, and unclear how the process would work. We found 888's listing for a three bedroom apartment showing an attractive, recently renovated space and our assumption was that the photos shown in the listing were representative of the actual space/apartment we would be given. We can understand not getting the exact apartment shown in the photos, but expected the space to have the same level/quality of furnishings, flooring, and kitchen and bathroom renovations.Upon check-in, we were initially put into an apartment on the 7th floor that was a three bedroom with a similar layout, but not at all comparable to the space shown in the listing photos. We brought this to the attention of 888 as well as pointed out that we had asked (before booking) if all 3 bedrooms had TVs. The next day, 888 was kind enough to move us to the actual apartment on the 10th floor shown in the listing photos. I am unsure whether we misunderstand how Airbnb works (staying in a multi-unit building vs a home), have unrealistic expectations, or if this was a simple oversight with being initially placed in the wrong apartment. But, the issue was corrected by 888 quickly and to our satisfaction.I need to mention that this 10th floor apartment we were put in was quite nice with a great view from a wrap around balcony. All three bedrooms had TVs, 2 nice bathrooms, a good kitchen with newer appliances and everything we needed, a decent living area with a large TV and kitchen table, good internet access, and a washer and dryer off the balcony that looked fairly new and worked well. The private/gated parking with plenty of open spaces (at least around Thanksgiving) and easy passenger elevator access as well as access to a freight elevator for taking luggage and groceries up was also really nice to have.All in all a great stay and experience after we were moved. 888 was incredibly responsive to all our pre-booking and onsite questions as well as our concern about our initial apartment. Our onsite host and representative, Larry, was also awesome. He was very patient with us, put up with all my questions about the process before and when we checked in, dealt with any questions/issues we had quickly, and still had his sense of humor. I commend him for his people skills, patience and excellent customer service!
