• Agreement: This Agreement is made between Amalz Vacation Club DBA Amalz Hotel and Amalz Club, referred to herein as the “Host,” and the Guest, referred to herein as “Guest(s).” Please read this Agreement thoroughly. Any money received by the Host for their services, vacation rental properties, vehicles, membership packages, or subscriptions, whether directly or via phone/internet/email, through direct bookings, websites, third-party reservation companies, other agencies, or travel arrangers, confirms that the Guest(s) has read and accepted the terms. It is the responsibility of the Guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this Agreement.
• The Guest(s) do hereby acknowledge, understand, confirm, and accept the following terms:
• Property: Amalz Hotels is located at 125-145 E Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The resort is also known as The Signature at MGM Grand. The rooms/suites are privately owned and managed by Amalz Hotels and their representatives.
• Security: The property has gated security and entrance. A confirmed reservation is required to enter the property. There is 24x7 audio and video surveillance in place (not in any rooms or private spaces). You will be asked for your government-issued photo ID and reservation confirmation number to gain entry. Security will then guide you to the tower's front desk where your room is allotted.
• Parking: At the security gate, the security staff will issue you a Valet Pass for your vehicle. Each reservation is entitled to parking for one (1) vehicle. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the hotel's car park facility. In the event of nearby road closures, entrance restrictions, or special events, valet car parking may not be available. The security staff will guide you regarding any such ongoing events as well as direct you to the alternate hotel's car parking facility.
• Front Desk: The front desk is responsible for your check-in and check-out. They will give you the keys and guide you to the elevator, amenities, and facilities of the resort during your stay. Guest(s) must be 21 years or older to check in and must present their ID and a valid credit or debit card for incidentals. A hold of $100 per night (up to $300) will be placed on your credit card, refundable upon check-out if no incidentals or charges were reported during your stay. The front desk is not responsible for any services other than handling check-in, check-out, keys, and incidentals. You are required to contact your Host/Amalz Hotels reservations department for any and all requests, including but not limited to early check-in, late check-out, extensions, and housekeeping services.
• Check-in: Early check-in is not guaranteed; it is subject to availability and confirmation by the host/reservations department. Early check-in charges of $75 per hour apply. It must be confirmed and paid in advance at least 24 hours before the check-in date and time of the reservation. The check-in time starts at 3 pm and ends at 12 am (midnight). If you are checking in outside the check-in time or past midnight, you must notify the Host/Amalz Hotels reservations department to avoid any interruptions or cancellation of the reservation.
• Check-out: Late check-out is not guaranteed; it is subject to availability and confirmation by the host/reservations department. Late check-out charges of $75 per hour apply. It must be confirmed and paid in advance at least 24 hours before the check-out date and time of the reservation. Late check-out can be extended up to a maximum of 3 hours. After a 3-hour extension, a nightly charge applies, which may differ from the charges paid for the original reservation.
• Extension: If you wish to extend the reservation for additional night(s), you are required to contact the Host/Amalz Hotels reservations department. Extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and confirmation by the host/reservations department. The charges for an extension are determined on the day the request is made and may differ from the charges paid for the original reservation. The charges for extending any night(s) must be paid in advance at least 24 hours before the reservation end date and time.
• Housekeeping: The room is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by the housekeeping supervisor before being allotted to Guest(s). Sometimes issues occur or are not found/reported at the time of inspection. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to report any issues within 2 hours of checking into the room. Any housekeeping or related issues cannot be considered a reason or eligible for cancellation of the reservation. Reasonable and timely efforts to address the issues will be taken by the host. You are required to present evidence/pictures and contact the host/reservations department directly, not the front desk.
• Cleaning: No cleaning is provided during the stay; housekeeping is managed by a third-party company. Placards with their contact details, services, and charges are placed in different areas of the rooms. Additional cleaning services need to be scheduled with the housekeeping company or the host at least 24 hours in advance; charges apply. They are available at the property from 10 am to 5 pm.
are stored in the closet. The bed will not be made by the housekeeping staff or the host. If assistance is needed in making the bed, please call housekeeping/host, and they can guide you remotely.
• Extra Bed/Crib: The maximum occupancy in our rooms is four (4) people, including children of all ages. No extra crib or bed is provided.
• Maintenance: It is expected that major systems in and around the rooms/property, such as air conditioning, microwave, oven, refrigerator, plumbing, electrical system, etc., can break down from time to time by itself and/or due to misuse or negligence by Guest(s). The Host will attempt to repair the problem as soon as possible within a reasonable time during working hours between 10 am to 5 pm, excluding weekends and holidays, upon notice by the Guest(s). Depending on the issue, it will be attended to during the stay or after check-out. The Host assumes no liability to Guest(s) if such maintenance issues occur and cannot be held responsible or liable for any such cancellations, claims, relocation charges, or any refunds.
• No Smoking Policy: This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside the property whatsoever. There is a designated smoking area, and placards and signboards are placed for your convenience. Should we find any evidence of smoking in your room, balcony, or any non-designated area, you will incur a minimum fine of $300.
• Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. Should we find any evidence of pets, you will incur a minimum fine of $300.
• Cancellation Policy: This reservation is strict and non-refundable. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time after making the reservation.
• No-show Policy: If the guest doesn't show up within the check-in time, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
• Cancellations by Host Policy: In the event the Host must cancel the Guest(s) booking for any reason, Guest(s) will be notified as quickly as possible. The Host will process a 100% refund within 48-72 hours of the cancellation. It is highly recommended that Guest(s) purchase trip/travel insurance to protect against any and all types of cancellations, among other risks. The Host cannot be held responsible or liable for any such cancellations, claims, or relocation charges.
• Lost / Stolen Items: Upon check-out, you cannot enter the lift/floor/room again as the keys get disabled automatically at the end of the reservation date and time. You will be notified by the host/housekeeping if they find any items left behind. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to make arrangements to pick up the items and to arrange for shipping at their expense within 24-48 hours. The host/housekeeping cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay or after you check out.
• Amenities/Pool/Spa Use: Guest(s) understand that the amenities, pool, and spa advertised are strictly amenities. Any interruption or closures due to special or private events, or unavailability of the amenities, pool, or spa, will not violate any terms of this Agreement.
• Any missing property, fixtures, or furnishings.
• Any excessive wear or tear.
• Any damage to the property or its contents.
• Falsified Reservations: If any reservation is found to be obtained under false pretenses, it will be subject to forfeiture of all payments, deposits, and/or rental money. The reservation will be canceled by the host, and the Guest(s) will not be permitted to check in.
• Guest/Parties/Noise: The Guest(s) must supervise their invitees/guest(s) while on the premises. Parties, gatherings, and loud music are not allowed. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level and shall not disturb other guests. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. The Host reserves the right to terminate the reservation, and the Guest(s) will be evacuated with all amounts paid forfeited.
• Illegal Drugs: No illegal drugs are allowed on the property. Possession and use of any such substance are grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments made toward the reservation. Guest(s) waive all rights to recourse against the Host for enforcing this clause.
• Guest Responsibilities: All occupants are required to perform normal household duties, including notifying the Host of any damages or problems with the property and locking all doors when leaving.
• Subletting/Assigning/Occupancy: There shall be no subletting of the premises. The Guest(s) shall use the property as a vacation rental only and not for any business, professional, unlawful, or hazardous purpose.
• End of Reservation: At the end of the reservation, the Guest(s) shall leave the property clean and in good condition, remove all personal property, and repair all unreasonable damages caused during the stay.
• Insurance: Guest(s) understand that the Host's insurance does not cover their belongings or any damage they cause. The Host is not responsible for any loss or damage during the term of this Agreement.
• Hold Harmless and Indemnity: The owner/host/cohost/their associates/authorized representatives of the vacation rental/company shall not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest(s) or their personal property due to Guest(s) acts, actions, or neglect. Guest(s) agree to hold the Host harmless against any claim for damage or injury due to their acts or neglect or those of their guests. Guest(s) indemnify Amalz Vacation Club DBA Amalz Hotels and Amalz Club from any liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense, including attorney fees and judgments arising from injury to person or property, sustained by Guest(s) in connection with the rental of the property.
• Access: Guest(s) agree to allow the Host and/or Host’s agents/representatives to access the property immediately if needed, with notice via telephone or in person. Agents include, but are not limited to, housekeeping, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, pest control, etc. The Host reserves the right to inspect the property interior immediately with notice to Guest(s). Guest(s) agree not to deny access. If access is refused, the Host reserves the right to terminate the reservation, and Guest(s) will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by the Host, forfeiting any amounts paid.
• Safety: Guest(s) acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for their own safety, and that of their guests and children, with respect to the premises, room, balcony, property, amenities, pool, deck areas, etc. There is no lifeguard, and supervision is the Guest(s) responsibility. Guest(s) agree to hold the Host harmless and indemnify them from any injuries to themselves or their guests.
• Laws: The laws of the State of Nevada shall apply to all terms under this Agreement. Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with the laws of Clark County, Nevada. This Agreement shall not be recorded in the County Clerk’s office.
• Liability: Guest(s) may be responsible and liable to the Host for damages exceeding the security deposit for any harm or loss caused by Guest(s) or their guests, as determined by the Host.
• Written Exceptions: Any exceptions to the policies above must be approved in writing in advance.
• Breach of Agreement: Failure to comply with any of the clauses and rules established by the Property/Host will subject Guest(s) to immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments and security deposits. If the Guest(s) fail to vacate the premises at the end of the reservation period, they shall be charged and liable to the Host for $100 per 30 minutes past the specified date and time.
• Survival: If any clause or term in this Rental Agreement is contrary to law, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force.
